I am writing this letter to thank yourself and Lessard Home Solutions for the great job they did at my property in Westfield. We brought in several contractors to place bids on our heating and plumbing job we needed done. Overall, Lessard Home Solutions, with their professionalism and reasonable costs for the job, made it an easy choice for us.

From the start Sean, the project manager, was very enthusiastic about wanting to get the job done for us. His crew was always on time, worked hard and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of their work. I would also like to give appreciation to Ty and Jeff of Lessard Home Solutions. They did the majority of the work on the job and not only did they work hard, but they answered any questions I had about the job and always had a positive attitude on the job site. For any small business owner today, the actions of his or her employees out in the field can mean the difference between success and failure, especially when you consider how competitive business is in this sour economy.  I am writing to tell you that you can rest assured your employees are representing you and your business values very well.

As you know, I have just completed having my entire home heating system replaced by Lessard Home Solutions.  This was a big job that entailed the removal of an aged oil boiler and water heating system and replacing it with a fuel efficient propane heater and hot water storage tank.  From the very start, I was treated very well by Lessard.

Back in late spring, Shawn Peabody came out and presented his ideas to me on what would work best.  He knew he was in the running with three or four other companies, but that didn’t affect his professionalism in the slightest.  He was knowledgeable and informative without pressuring my decision-making process.  During the summer months, Shawn worked with me in obtaining a zero interest loan through the state, which was a big help.

When it came time for the job, the crew that Shawn brought out followed suit in the degree of professionalism I had already come to expect from Lessard.  For the three days they were in my home, Ty, Rich and Pablo were efficient, polite and expedient.  At no time during the process did I feel any sort of concern that the job was not in capable hands.  I was shocked on day three to learn that Pablo had just joined the team a few weeks earlier.  The three of them worked so smoothly together, it looked as though they had been doing so for years.

This morning, Ty and Rich returned to accommodate a change that I had requested with the set up, and never was there any insinuation that what I was asking was unreasonable.
